    Managerial Economics is concerned with the application of microeconomic concepts and analysis to decision methods of businesses. This module equips students with the analytical tools to make rational decisions, from pricing strategies to forecasting organizational structures.

  • Financial Accounting: understanding business through reported transactions

    Financial accounting is an essential tool for people outside the company - investors, owners, creditors and government agencies etc. - to understand business operations. This module equips students with knowledge on how to review, analyze, and interpret financial statements strategically.

  • Managerial Accounting: accounting for decision making and control

    Managerial accounting provides insights into the internal and strategic aspects of business entities. Through this module students learn how to use managerial accounting knowledge to evaluate company competitiveness and make informed business decisions.

  • Operations and Value Chain Management: managing the alignment of value chain to strengthen corporate competitiveness

    The ability to align activities and systems along the value chain from suppliers, manufacturing and service provision, to customers is key to the success of today's global firms. This module provides a critical overview of value chain management and best practices of operational models.

  • Management Strategy: orientating business through strategy

    This module is case-oriented. It examines how global firms achieve and sustain superior returns through the development and implementation of strategy. Students will be involved in analyzing a variety of real life cases in such a way to develop a critical understanding of global trends of corporate strategy development.
